Healthy Peach Protein Power Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced frozen peaches
  • 2 -3 teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 2 -3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ (if you don't mind the texture)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • ice cube, to thicken (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine and blend in your smoothie maker!
