Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup sliced frozen peaches
- 2 -3 teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 2 -3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon wheat germ (if you don't mind the texture)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- ice cube, to thicken (optional)
