Healthy Peanut Butter Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 -3 dashes cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 -3 dashes nutmeg (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend together.
  • 2 mix your favorite spices into this.
