Sweet Potato Pecan Bread (abm)

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup water
• 2/3 cup mashed sweet potato
• 2/3 cup chopped apple
• 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 3 3/4 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup raisins

Recipe

• 1 place all ingredients except pecans and raisins in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer. select sweet cycle.
• 2 add pecans and raisins at the “add ingredient” signal.
