Space Needle Apple Cinnamon Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 cups apple juice
• 1 ounce dried apple, minced (about 1/4 cup)
• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 combine apple juice and apples in a medium saucepan; cook over high heat about 20 minutes or until reduced and the consistency of syrup, stirring occasionally.
• 2 remove saucepan from heat; slowly beat in small amounts of butter until all has been incorporated.
• 3 beat in cinnamon.
