- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup raisins dates and pecans cereal
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 dash ground cinnamon or 1 dash ground nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 layer half each of the yogurt, cereal and berries in parfait glass. repeat layers.
- 2 sprinkle with cinnamon.
