- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 0.5 (310 g) canned mandarin segments, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Recipe
- 1 combine yoghurt, mandarins, banana & honey in a bowl.
- 2 to make topping: stir oats in a pan over heat until lightly toasted: cool, combine with cinnamon & honey.
- 3 serve yoghurt sprinkled with topping.
