Spicy Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 4 cups pecans
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
• 2 place nuts in bowl. coat with egg whites and stir till pecans are sticky.
• 3 combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkling over pecans. stir until completely coated.
• 4 spread on ungreased baking sheets and bake 30 minutes. during baking, stir pecans occasionally.
• 5 cool and separate into pieces.
• 6 store in airtight container.
