Pecan, Banana, Spirulina, Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole pecans
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh spirulina
  • ice, to preference

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
