- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 cut up apple into bite sized chunks.
- 2 spray lemon juice over apples.
- 3 in bowl mix yogurt and cinnamon.
- 4 mix apples with cinnamon yogurt.
- 5 enjoy!
