Longevity With Honey And Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 bring to a boil all the ingredients then simmer to make tea stove top. do not microwave!
