Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup ground cumin
- 1/4 cup ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 2 transfer to an air tight container. store in a cool dry place.
- 3 will keep approximately 6 months.
