- 1 (750 ml) bottle red wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a sauce pan, heat over medium low heat until sugar is melted, and wine is warm. (be careful to never bring it to a boil.).
- 2 strain and serve warm.
