- 1 quart fresh apple cider
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 10 allspice berries
- 1 orange, zest of, removed with a vegetable peeler
- 1/2 cup dark rum (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, stir together all of the ingredients. bring to a boil, then adjust the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. serve hot.
