Ingredients

- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 inches cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 29 ounces cling peach halves, reserving syrup
Recipe
- 1 boil the ingredients (exluding the peach halves) for 5 minutes.
- 2 add peaches and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3 allow fruit to stand in the syrup until cool or overnight.
