The Perfect Non-dairy, No-sugar Spiced Chai

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 black tea tea bag
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 piece cinnamon bark
  • honey

Recipe

  • 1 in a glass teapot, briki, or pot, boil the almond milk, black teabag, cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon bark/stick until bubbles begin to form.
  • 2 immediately remove from the stovetop or it will boil over.
  • 3 pour the spiced chai into a teacup and add a large teaspoon of honey, or to taste.
