Ingredients
- 5 lbs venison roast
- 1 tablespoon bacon fat
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown roast, in bacon fat, on all sides, in roasting pan.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients together. pour over roast.
- 3 cook 3 hours in a 350 degree fahrenheit oven for 3 to 4 hours.
