- 6 cups mangoes, ripe and sliced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat ove to 375.
- 2 place mango in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 3 mix flour oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. add butter and mix until crumbly. sprinkle on mangoes.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes.
