Flax Seed Sprinkle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 grind whole flax seed to a powder in a blender.
  • 2 place in a resealable container.
  • 3 add cinnamon and cardamom; mix together.
  • 4 store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • 5 to serve, sprinkle over breakfast toast, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal or add to morning beverages.
