Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Recipe
- 1 grind whole flax seed to a powder in a blender.
- 2 place in a resealable container.
- 3 add cinnamon and cardamom; mix together.
- 4 store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 5 to serve, sprinkle over breakfast toast, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal or add to morning beverages.
