Ingredients

- 2 large grapefruits
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- maraschino cherry, optional (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 cut grapefruits in half.
- 2 cut the membrane out of the middle of each half.
- 3 cut the sections loose.
- 4 place 1 t butter in the center of each.
- 5 mix sugar and cinnamon.
- 6 sprinkle over each half.
- 7 broil until bubbly.
- 8 place a cherry in middle of each.
