Oil-free Granola

Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 1. stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon.
- 2 2. in a small bowl, mix juice, honey and vanilla.
- 3 3. drizzle over oat mixture, stirring to coat.
- 4 4. spread onto large baking sheet.
- 5 5. bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every so often.
- 6 6. cool and then add dried fruit, if desired.
