Ice Cream Eggnog Punch

Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 1 quart orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar (can use more sugar for a sweeter taste, but remember the ice cream is sweet!)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 pinch clove
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 quart ginger ale
- nutmeg, for sprinkling
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl whisk eggs until frothy.
- 2 mix in orange and lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
- 3 spoon the ice cream into a large punch bowl; stir in the egg mixture until combined.
- 4 chill if not serving right away.
- 5 just before serving pour in the ginger ale.
- 6 sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
- 7 delicious!
