• 200 ml purified water
• 6 drops sweet fennel essential oils
• 3 drops sage essential oils
• 2 drops cinnamon essential oils

Recipe

• 1 place all the ingredients in a dark, glass bottle.
• 2 shake well and use as any other mouthwash.
