Tangerine Tea

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh tangerine juice or 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tea bags (black or orange pekoe)

Recipe

  • 1 heat water to boiling in large saucepan.
  • 2 stir in tangerine juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  • 3 heat to boiling.
  • 4 simmer and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 5 remove from heat and add tea bags.
  • 6 let steep 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 7 serve immediately.
