Sopapilla (reduced Sugar & Fat, But You Won't Miss It)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages package refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
  • butter-flavored cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 using a 9 x 13 baking pan, unroll one package of refrigerated crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan.
  • 2 flatten, press seams together.
  • 3 mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract.
  • 4 spread over the crescent rolls.
  • 5 unroll the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • 6 spray butter flavored cooking spray over the top and sprinkle with about 1/4 cup of sugar & with desired amount of cinnamon.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
