Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon cold water
- 1 egg
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat together water and egg until frothy. mix and coat pecans.
- 2 add remainder of ingredients to pecans and mix well.
- 3 pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 225 degrees.
