Spiced Sugared Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon cold water
• 1 egg
• 1 lb pecans
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 beat together water and egg until frothy. mix and coat pecans.
• 2 add remainder of ingredients to pecans and mix well.
• 3 pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 225 degrees.
