Raw Fruit Bars

Total Time: 19 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 18 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sprouted oats
  • 1 cup dates (soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 1 cup raisins (soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg and cinnamon
  • 1 dash orange juice
  • 1 dash anjou pear, bragg amino acid

Recipe

  • 1 homogenize the entire ingredient until they are smooth. spread on tray, make it 1/2" thick and dehydrate for 18 hours.
