Porridge With Coconut Milk With Caramelized Mango

- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon unbleached cane sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons cow milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup instant oats
- 1 mango, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon butter
Recipe
- 1 pour coconut milk, cow milk into the pot, add cinnamon.
- 2 pour oat flakes, according to preferences (i add 3 tbsp).
- 3 . bring to the boil, reduce heat and cook 3-4 minutes.
- 4 take your porridge off the heat, add honey and butter, cover and leave it aside.
- 5 melt butter in a pan, add honey. when it starts to caramelise, add mango and stir about 4 minutes.
- 6 stir your porridge and put it into the bowls. serve with mango. enjoy your meal!
