Porridge With Coconut Milk With Caramelized Mango

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unbleached cane sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons cow milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1 mango, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 pour coconut milk, cow milk into the pot, add cinnamon.
  • 2 pour oat flakes, according to preferences (i add 3 tbsp).
  • 3 . bring to the boil, reduce heat and cook 3-4 minutes.
  • 4 take your porridge off the heat, add honey and butter, cover and leave it aside.
  • 5 melt butter in a pan, add honey. when it starts to caramelise, add mango and stir about 4 minutes.
  • 6 stir your porridge and put it into the bowls. serve with mango. enjoy your meal!
