Raw Food Green Cilantro Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit, peeled (not canned)
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1/2-1 cucumber, chopped (peeled or not)
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, to taste
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, including stems
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 throw it in the blender and blend. adjust agave and cinnamon to taste. (i used a big pinch of cinnamon).
  • 2 the amounts aren't important in this recipe, you may adjust as you like. the way it's written will give you a smoothie that tastes mostly of grapefruit and cilantro.
