- 4 ounces butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sultana
- 1 egg
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 mix all together and bake in 2 log tins for 30-40 min @ 180c.
