Ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 add salt to water and bring to a boil. reduce heat and stir in oats.
- 2 stir in everything else and simmer 6-8 minutes.
