- 3 quarts apple cider
- 1/3 cup red cinnamon candies
- 1 tablespoon whole allspice
- 3 tablespoons honey

- 1 in saucepan, combine apple cider, cinnamon candies and allspice. bring to a boil. reduce heat. cover and simmer for 5 minutes. remove allspice. stir in honey.
