Tabouleh

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 -5 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 -3 teaspoons dark cracked wheat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 put chopped onion in a bowl and rub with salt, paprika,and spiced until juicy.
  • 2 add the parsley ,mint,tomatoes,and cracked wheat burghal and mix together.
  • 3 blend together the lemon juice ,olive oil and lemon rind and pour over tabouleh.
  • 4 stir mixture until vegetables are shiny and coated with the dressing .
