Smith College Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 lbs blueberries
- granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon
- 4 ounces cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- 10 ounces soft margarine
- 6 ounces all-purpose flour
- 6 ounces rolled oats cereal
- 1 lb light brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 place blueberries, water, and lemon juice bring to a boil.
- 2 combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon mix well.
- 3 pour sugar mixture into boiling berries, stir well until thickened.
- 4 remove from heat. pour into greased pan.
- 5 cream together butter and sugar. add flour and oats mix until crumbly.
- 6 spread evenly over berries
- 7 bake at 325 for 35-45 minute.
