Low-fat Fruit Compote

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 cups dried peaches
  • 2 cups whole pitted dried prunes
  • 2 cups dried apricots
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 4 cups apple cider

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together in a large pot.
  • 2 simmer covered over a medium heat for 1 hour.
  • 3 serve warm.
