Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons egg substitute
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 15 ounces pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs and sugar.
  • 2 add milk.
