- 1 -2 banana
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 slice bananas and cover with milk in a cereal bowl.
- 2 mix cinnamon and splenda togther.
- 3 add to bananas and milk and stir well.
