Tasty Bunches A.k.a. Healthy Balls

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 24 dates, chopped
  • 1/2-1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • cinnamon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients well.
  • 2 shape in to 1/2 inch balls.
  • 3 eat immediately or store in fridge or freezer.
