- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon stevia (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cinnamon sticks
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin, stevia and nutmeg. heat through, but do not boil.
- 2 stir in vanilla, garnish with cinnamon and serve.
