Turkey Cutlets Stuffed With Apples And Cranberries

Ingredients

- 3 lbs 99% fat-free turkey breast cutlets
- 2 medium apples
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 medium orange
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
Recipe
- 1 core and peel apples.
- 2 cut into small chunks.
- 3 combine with cranberries and a little water.
- 4 zest orange into apples and cranberries.
- 5 peel orange getting as much stuff off as possible.
- 6 cut into small pieces and add to apples and cranberries.
- 7 cook over medium heat.
- 8 add a packet or two of splenda for taste and maybe some cinnamon.
- 9 cook until apples are soft, but still retain their shape.
- 10 lay out the cutlets and carefully cut a"pocket" lengthwise into each one.
- 11 spoon cooled filling into each cutlet and seal with toothpicks.
- 12 do not overfill.
- 13 place in baking baking dish.
- 14 cover with remaining apple mixture.
- 15 bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165.
