Spiced Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1/3 cup rum

Recipe

  • 1 crush vanilla wafers in food processor.
  • 2 in mixer, combine crushed vanilla wafers with confectioner's sugar and all spices.
  • 3 add corn syrup, then brandy and rum.
  • 4 mix until all are combined well.
  • 5 roll into 1 inch balls and chill on baking sheets until firm.
  • 6 roll in confectioner's sugar.
  • 7 store in airtight container.
