Spiced Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups vanilla wafers
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup rum
Recipe
- 1 crush vanilla wafers in food processor.
- 2 in mixer, combine crushed vanilla wafers with confectioner's sugar and all spices.
- 3 add corn syrup, then brandy and rum.
- 4 mix until all are combined well.
- 5 roll into 1 inch balls and chill on baking sheets until firm.
- 6 roll in confectioner's sugar.
- 7 store in airtight container.
