Ingredients
- 1 quart low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup artificial sweetener
Recipe
- 1 peel and core apples. add all ingredients in blender or food processor. blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. i drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy.
