Taste Of Fall Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 quart low-fat plain yogurt
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup artificial sweetener

Recipe

  • 1 peel and core apples. add all ingredients in blender or food processor. blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. i drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy.
