Fat Free Oatmeal Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/8 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/3 cup sugar substitute
  • 4 ounces nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven 375.
  • 2 spray 6 muffin tins with cooking spray.
  • 3 combine milk, brown sugar blend, sugar substitute and yogurt.
  • 4 in seperate bowl combine the dry ingredients
  • 5 add to wet mixture and mix till just combined.
  • 6 divide into muffin tin.
  • 7 bake 20-25 minutes.
  • 8 cool in pan 10 mins and remove to wire rack.
  • 9 store uncovered.
