Fat Free Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/8 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 1/3 cup sugar substitute
- 4 ounces nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven 375.
- 2 spray 6 muffin tins with cooking spray.
- 3 combine milk, brown sugar blend, sugar substitute and yogurt.
- 4 in seperate bowl combine the dry ingredients
- 5 add to wet mixture and mix till just combined.
- 6 divide into muffin tin.
- 7 bake 20-25 minutes.
- 8 cool in pan 10 mins and remove to wire rack.
- 9 store uncovered.
