Ingredients

- 1 lb rhubarb, sliced

- 4 ounces sugar
- 8 ounces flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 ounces fat
- 1 pinch mixed spice
- 1 ounce sugar

Recipe
- 1 line a plate or shallow tin with half the pastry.
- 2 fill with fruit, cover with sugar and add a little water.
- 3 cover with the rest of the pastry and bake for 45 minutes.
