Peach Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten (egg substitute may be used)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- sliced fresh peach
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
Recipe
- 1 add flour and sugar to well beaten eggs.
- 2 slice enough pared fresh peaches to fill the unbaked shell.
- 3 cover with the egg mixture.
- 4 sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
- 5 bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees and about 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees until custard is set and slightly brown.
