Peach Crisp Pie

Ingredients

- 5 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 place peach slices in pie shell.
- 2 combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in bowl.
- 3 cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- 4 spoon mixture over peaches.
- 5 combine eggs, salt and vanilla in small bowl.
- 6 pour evenly over pie.
- 7 bake at 400 for 15 minute.
- 8 reduce heat to 325 and bake 40 min moe or until set and browned.
