Peach Crisp Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
  • 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 dash salt

Recipe

  • 1 place peach slices in pie shell.
  • 2 combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in bowl.
  • 3 cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • 4 spoon mixture over peaches.
  • 5 combine eggs, salt and vanilla in small bowl.
  • 6 pour evenly over pie.
  • 7 bake at 400 for 15 minute.
  • 8 reduce heat to 325 and bake 40 min moe or until set and browned.
