Millie's August Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 0.5 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts (1 pie crust)
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 fit piecrust into a 9 inch pie dish. place fruit in pie crust and spread evenly.
  • 3 combine half and half, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl and mix until well blended. pour over fruit.
  • 4 bake for approximately 50 minutes or until center is set. cool completely before serving.
