Millie's August Pie

Ingredients
- 0.5 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts (1 pie crust)
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 fit piecrust into a 9 inch pie dish. place fruit in pie crust and spread evenly.
- 3 combine half and half, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl and mix until well blended. pour over fruit.
- 4 bake for approximately 50 minutes or until center is set. cool completely before serving.
