Ingredients
- 1/2 lb strawberry, hulled
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until berries are soft. drain, reserving the juices.
- 3 place the berries in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- 4 pass through a fine strainer.
- 5 if too thick, add a few drops of reserved juices to thin.
