Ingredients

- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon cardamom pod, cracked
- 1 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 bring all ingredients to a boil; reduce heat immediately and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 2 remove from heat and let stand for 24 hours.
- 3 reheat over low heat and strain to remove cinnamon sticks and cardamom.
- 4 place in sterilized jars and garnish with fresh cinnamon sticks.
