Holiday Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 3 cups pecan halves
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2 line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil; set aside.
- 3 in small bowl, stir together sugar, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
- 4 in medium-sized bowl, whisk egg and 1 t water until foamy.
- 5 add pecans to bowl and stir until coated.
- 6 pour in sugar mixture and melted butter, and stir well to combine.
- 7 spread pecan mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet and bake at 300 for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8 remove from oven and cool completely.
