French Rhubarb Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups rhubarb, diced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 7 ingredients.
  • 2 put mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  • 3 mix topping and crumble over rhubarb mixture.
  • 4 bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
